| user agent | We record browser type, operating system, and device type without storing the full user agent string. |
| HTTP referrer | we capture the referring website when available. |
| UTM Parameters | all available UTM tracking data is stored for analytics purposes. |
| page views | we track pages visited by each unique hash. |
ensuring visitor anonymity
our use of unique hashes ensures compliance with privacy regulations by eliminating the need for third-party cookies. Daily salt rotation enhances security by preventing reverse-engineering of past hashes.
client data
to provide our services, we collect only the essential information:
- an email address for account creation and important communications like transactional emails.
- we may share email addresses with trusted services such as Mailgun(email) and Stripe(payment processing).(payment processing).
- our servers and databases are securely hosted on DigitalOcean
- we use a first-party session cookie to manage login status. this cookie can be cleared at any time.
