An event is any interaction we track on your website or app. Events can be:

• Page views: Automatically tracked whenever a visitor loads or navigates to a new page.
• Custom events: Specific actions you define, such as button clicks, form submissions, or video plays.

data retention is how long we keep your data on our servers. Once the retention period ends, you won't be able to access data older than that.

• free plan: Data is retained for a year.
• pro plan: Data retention is unlimited.

however, we don't delete the data immediately when the retention period is over. Instead, we keep it for an additional 2 months to give you time to upgrade your plan if needed.

if you exceed your plan's limits, don't worry—we won't stop tracking immediately. We'll continue tracking until you reach 150% of your quota, as we understand that traffic spikes can happen.
to keep you informed, we'll send timely email notifications as you approach and exceed your limit, giving you plenty of time to decide whether to upgrade your plan.

subscriptions are project-based. however, you can link two or more projects to share the same billing if you prefer. This provides flexibility for managing multiple projects under one subscription.
